At HBS internal platforms are business-critical tools used daily by operational teams across multiple projects and events.

These tools support booking logistics staffing and planning activities and must remain reliable usable and well-supported especially in fast-paced and event-driven contexts.

We are looking for a Platforms Coordinator / Digital Tools Support Analyst to take ownership of the day-to-day operational support of these tools ensure users are properly assisted and validate changes through thorough testing.

Your Role & Impact

As a Digital Tools Support Analyst your primary mission will be to support users on a day-to-day basis and ensure internal platforms work as expected throughout project lifecycles.

You will be the first line of support for users playing a key role in:

troubleshooting issues
answering usage questions
testing new features
and ensuring tools are fit for real operational use.

Platform evolution and improvements will naturally follow from this close interaction with users and systems.
