Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our remote team in Bulgaria. You will support an international healthcare-related project (brand name confidential) assisting Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries guidance and problem resolution.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people communicating effectively and providing top-notch customer service. While prior experience in customer support is a plus it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.

This is a remote role available only to residents of Bulgaria and all work equipment will be supplied by the company.

Role Overview

As a Spanish Customer Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing questions resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your work will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and supporting the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers in Spanish via phone email and chat providing professional and friendly support.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products services policies and procedures.

  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems.

  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new processes products and best practices.

  • Suggest improvements to processes or workflows to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent/native Spanish speaker (C2 level)

  • Good command of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and training

  • Must reside in Bulgaria

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented patient and solution-focused

  • Comfortable using digital tools software platforms and CRM systems

  • Able to work independently while remaining an effective team member

  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
