We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our remote team in Bulgaria. You will support an international healthcare-related project (brand name confidential) assisting Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries guidance and problem resolution.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people communicating effectively and providing top-notch customer service. While prior experience in customer support is a plus it is not mandatory as full training will be provided.
This is a remote role available only to residents of Bulgaria and all work equipment will be supplied by the company.
Role Overview
As a Spanish Customer Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing questions resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your work will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and supporting the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in Spanish via phone email and chat providing professional and friendly support.

Requirements

Fluent/native Spanish speaker (C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and training

Must reside in Bulgaria

Comfortable using digital tools software platforms and CRM systems

Able to work independently while remaining an effective team member
