We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a remote team in Bulgaria. You will be part of an international healthcare-related project (brand name not disclosed) and provide high-quality support to Portuguese-speaking clients.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people resolving issues and working in a structured and collaborative environment. Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
This is a remote role available only to residents of Bulgaria and all necessary work equipment will be supplied by the company.
Role Overview
As a Portuguese Customer Support Specialist you will assist customers with questions concerns and service requests. Your role involves providing accurate guidance troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth positive experience for every client. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of customer service for a globally recognized healthcare project.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer communications in Portuguese via phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide accurate information about products services and processes.

Assist clients with troubleshooting resolving complaints and escalating complex cases when needed.

Record all interactions accurately in internal systems and ensure proper case management.

Follow established procedures and service standards to maintain compliance and quality.

Take part in regular training to stay up-to-date on company processes policies and product knowledge.

Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills

Native-level or fluent Portuguese (C2)

Proficient English (B2 or above) for internal communication and training

Must be a resident of Bulgaria

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Comfortable using multiple digital tools software and systems

Able to work independently while being an active team player

Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
