Job Summary
This role provides compassionate patient-centered care as a Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Provider within a hematology/oncology setting. Under physician guidance this position delivers direct clinical support manages a variety of hematology cases and assists with infusion protocols. The provider plays a key role in coordinating individualized treatment plansincluding chemotherapy and immunotherapyto support improved patient outcomes and quality of life.
Essential Job Functions

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history physical exams and diagnostic test orders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Collaborate with oncologists to develop and implement treatment plans.

Educate patients and families about diagnoses treatment options and expectations.

Manage straightforward hematology cases and support infusion protocols.

Diagnose test and treat patients within the providers scope of practice.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
-
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Current unrestricted NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain).
-
DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).
-
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.

Ability to pass all applicable pre-employment screenings including federally compliant drug testing.
