Job Summary
We are expanding our remote team and looking for dependable motivated individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful this role you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide including accommodations cruises activities transportation and special events.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys organization communication and problem-solving. You will receive ongoing training flexible scheduling and access to exclusive perks while working fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage personalized itineraries
- Research and coordinate reservations through multiple vendors
- Identify client preferences and offer tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly professionally and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain accurate notes and client records
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements:
- Citizenship in the USA UK Mexico Australia or Spain
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
