We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Clinical Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter clinical data into our electronic database

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

- Participate in training and development programs as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in data entry preferably in a clinical setting

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. The successful candidate must have a quiet and dedicated workspace. The working hours are flexible but may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Pay Rate: $35-50 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
