Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Telehealth Support Specialist to join our growing this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and coaches using our telehealth platform. You will also play a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and coaches using our telehealth platform
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Train new clients and coaches on how to use the telehealth platform
- Monitor and maintain the telehealth platform to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any bugs or issues
- Communicate with clients and coaches to gather feedback and improve the user experience
- Assist with onboarding new clients and coaches onto the telehealth platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest telehealth technology and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with telehealth platforms and technology is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports and a strong understanding of the industry is a plus

Pay Rate: $35-50 per hour depending on experience
Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)
Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion
Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
