Job Description:

As a Virtual Cooking Class Instructor you will be responsible for creating and teaching virtual cooking classes to individuals and groups. You will be part of a dynamic team of instructors who are passionate about promoting healthy eating habits and teaching culinary skills to people of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop a virtual cooking class curriculum that is engaging and interactive

- Conduct virtual cooking classes via video conferencing platforms

- Provide step-by-step instructions and demonstrations for cooking techniques and recipes

- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Monitor and provide feedback to participants on their cooking progress

- Offer modifications and adaptations for participants with special dietary needs or restrictions

- Stay up-to-date on current food trends and incorporate them into class curriculum

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote classes and reach a wider audience

- Assist with the development of new cooking class ideas and recipes

- Maintain accurate records of class attendance and participant feedback

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cooking instructor or chef

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food industry

- Experience teaching virtual classes or workshops

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques ingredients and nutrition

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to engage and connect with participants of all ages and skill levels

- Proficient in using video conferencing platforms and other virtual teaching tools

- Passion for promoting healthy eating habits and a love for cooking

- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and class schedules

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Rate: $35-55 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
