The Senior Vice President of Operations plays a critical role in advancing these priorities by driving revenue growth elevating guest and associate engagement and ensuring operational consistency across a large multibrand portfolio. Your Focus
- Guide a portfolio of hotels by developing and executing strategic operating plans that improve profitability market share guest satisfaction and brand alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel investors and regional partners providing clear expectations and driving alignment on performance priorities.
- Coach mentor and develop a high-performing field team to ensure consistent execution and leadership bench strength across the portfolio.
- Review key performance indicators to identify trends risks and opportunities and deploy targeted action plans that yield measurable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operating processes elevate brand identity and activate initiatives that strengthen portfolio performance.
- Ensure hotels maintain full compliance with brand legal and regulatory requirements and champion HHMs sustainability practices.
- Promote transparent communication resolve performance gaps quickly and foster a collaborative culture across regional and property teams.
- Contribute to companywide strategies that support service excellence team engagement and long-term revenue goals.
Your Background and Skills
- Senior-level hospitality operations experience with a hotel management company leading to VP or above.
- Background overseeing hotel portfolios with full-service resort lifestyle and luxury hotels.
- Experience working across multiple brand families including independent hotels.
- Strong relationship-building skills with hotel investors and regional partners.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
