Join one of the worlds leading Trust & Safety teams and help keep online communities safe. As a Kurdish Content Moderator you will review classify and take action on user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies community guidelines and legal requirements.

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented resilient and motivated to build a stable career in digital operations.

Responsibilities

Review text images videos profiles and other user-generated content
Apply platform rules safety protocols and content policies
Classify approve or remove content based on guidelines
Identify high-risk or sensitive cases and escalate when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material professionally
Work in rotating shifts following Turkish labor regulations

Requirements

Fluent Kurdish English B1
Experience in customer service or moderation is a plus
Ability to work morning/evening/night rotating shifts
High attention to detail and emotional resilience
Strong sense of responsibility and policy compliance
On-site availability in Turkey

Salary & Benefits
