Job Title: Netsuite Developer / Administrator

About the Client: Is a global leader in locks access control and security solutions. They make everything from traditional mechanical locks to advanced electronic and smart access systems.

Overview: We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Developer/Administrator who can support maintain and enhance our NetSuite environment. This role will be responsible for managing users optimizing system configurations building custom reports and supporting integrations across business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SuiteScript saved searches and middleware tools with the ability to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user roles permissions access levels and overall account governance.
• Create maintain and optimize saved searches workflows dashboards and custom reports.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) scripts for automation customization and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using APIs or middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Operations Sales etc.) to understand requirements and build solutions.
• Oversee system configurations updates and release management.
• Ensure data accuracy system security and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications:

• 25 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator Developer or Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript including SuiteScript 2.x.
• Experience with user management roles and permissions in NetSuite.
• Solid knowledge in building and maintaining saved searches and custom reports.
• Experience with integrations APIs and middleware tools (e.g. Celigo Boomi MuleSoft).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
