Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in the United Arab Emirates a major player in the Aluminium & Glass fabrication industry is urgently seeking Aluminium Foreman to oversee daily site operations and manage aluminium installation teams.

SALARY: AED 2250 - 3250 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise aluminium fabrication and installation teams on-site.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth workflow.
Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Train and guide junior technicians as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior experience in aluminium and glass fabrication.
Proven supervisory or foreman experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
GCC experience preferred.
