Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare detailed cost estimates budgets and bills of quantities for construction projects.
Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget and financial targets.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities quality and work progress.
Assist in contract management and procurement processes.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Prepare progress reports and cost analyses for management review.
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of measurement standards construction techniques and cost management.
Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD MS Excel CostX or similar).
Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
