Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist French English (Athens)
Start Date: 2 January 2026
Work Model: Remote within Greece (Site option also available)
Work Hours: MondaySunday 09:0000:00 40h per week (8h/day 5 days/week)
Compensation
Gross Salary: 1200 14 per year

Relocation & Work Policy
- Remote option: Allowed for candidates already based in Greece (if confirmed by client availability).
- On-site option: Candidates relocating from abroad must be in Athens 7 days before the start date to finalize hiring documentation.
- Must work on-site for at least 3 months (unless the candidate already has housing and confirmed internet setup in Greece).
Relocation Support
- Up to 300 relocation assistance (paid with 1st salary)
- 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office (no further real estate assistance after)
- Legal support provided for hiring documentation (candidate must gather and submit required documents)
Not Included
- Flight ticket (only reimbursed up to 300 gross with the first payment)
- Airport pick-up service
- Transportation from airport to hotel
