Sales Account Manager (Swedish / Danish / Dutch / German Speakers) Barcelona - Malaga

About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager youll build strong relationships with B2B clients in your market identify new opportunities and provide tailored digital solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls and online meetings to consult engage and retain customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level in Swedish Danish Dutch or German.
  • Fluent English (C1) for internal communication.
  • 12 years experience in sales account management or customer success.
  • Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented proactive and team-focused.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain.
