What Youll Do:

In this exciting fast-paced role you will become the face and voice of leading tech products:

- Host live video product demonstrations that educate engage and inspire
- Drive sales growth through meaningful product conversations
- Deliver exceptional customer serviceanswer questions with confidence and clarity
- Become a true product expert and stay up to date on new features
- Support merchandising activities inventory checks and reporting
- Create scripts training content and handle light translation tasks
- Collaborate on video production projects (occasionally outside standard hours)

What You Bring:

Youre a people person with a passion for tech and an enthusiasm that shines through the screen. To thrive here youll need:

- Proficient/Bilingual Dutch advanced English
- Experience in customer service and/or sales
- A genuine passion for technology and innovation
- A friendly energetic and engaging personality
- Confidence presenting in a training or sales setting
- Comfort being on camera and communicating clearly
- A proactive positive and team-oriented mindset
