What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients building strong long-term relationships
- Understand client needs provide strategic guidance and ensure services meet or exceed expectations
- Manage projects from inception to completion coordinating internally with operations marketing and product teams
- Monitor account performance prepare reports and proactively address challenges
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services helping clients maximize value
- Collaborate closely with international teams to align on objectives strategies and results
Who You Are
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Previous experience in account management client services or business development
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to client needs
