We are building a talent pool of Danish-speaking Customer Service professionals who are open to relocating within Europe for international projects in tech streaming e-commerce and travel.
Full project details (company name exact city project type and schedule) will be shared individually with candidates after they apply and pass the initial screening.
What you will do

Support customers via phone email and/or chat in Danish (and English when needed)

Help users with general questions orders accounts billing or basic technical issues
-
Follow internal procedures and use the companys tools/CRM
-
Provide a friendly professional and solution-oriented service
What we are looking for
-
Fluent/native Danish and good command of English
-
EU citizenship or valid work permit for the EU
-
Previous experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / Contact Center is a plus but junior candidates are also welcome for some projects

Willingness to relocate to another European country (for example Portugal Greece Spain etc.)

Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
