Job Summary

CAPITAL is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the success of our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role involves setting and achieving sales targets developing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead inspire and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales teams performance
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Ensure adherence to the dealerships sales process and standards
  • All other duties assigned

Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive sales with a successful track record in sales management preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products market trends and effective sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
