This fully remote position allows experienced APPs to provide specialized cardiac electrophysiology care from home while working closely with a multidisciplinary EP team. The organization emphasizes clinical excellence innovation and work-life balance.

Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to support its remote cardiac device monitoring program managing pacemakers ICDs CRT devices and loop recorders.

This full-time fully remote opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in EP cardiology or device management who prefer a structured MondayFriday schedule with no nights weekends or in-person clinical responsibilities.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret remote cardiac device transmissions including pacemakers ICDs CRTs and implantable loop recorders.

  • Identify clinically significant alerts and arrhythmias; escalate findings per established protocols.

  • Provide detailed documentation and communication with electrophysiologists and cardiology teams.

  • Collaborate virtually with physicians device techs and clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.

  • Manage patient outreach related to device alerts battery status lead issues and clinical symptoms.

  • Maintain compliance with remote monitoring guidelines and clinical best practices.

  • Participate in team meetings quality initiatives and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
Licensure & Certification: Active NP license ; national certification required.
Experience:

  • Prior experience in cardiology electrophysiology or cardiac device management strongly preferred.

  • Strong new graduates with relevant cardiology training may be considered.
    Skills:

  • Proficiency in reading device reports (Medtronic Abbott Boston Scientific Biotronik preferred).

  • Strong clinical judgment communication skills and comfort with remote workflows.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with virtual teams.
