Responsibilities:

*使用工具设备化学清洗机对零件进行拆解和装配

*使用图纸检具扭矩测量设备及其他设备确保产品符合规范要求

* 使用Factory Process LMS MFGPRO Excel等软件及系统实现工作顺序过程文件的制定及多种报告功能

*根据规定的方法识别隔离处置不合格材料

*对有清洁度要求的工序和岗位执行清洁度审核

*操作气动电动工具及其他设备拆解或装配零件

*使用手动和自动检具测量产品质量是否符合要求

*根据需要完成随时可能被安排的其他职责和任务

*遵循工厂制定的安全政策安全工作流程及对安全隐患的评估

*每周执行安全停止观察

*根据CPS的流程安全有效持续地生产高质量的产品

*记录CPS数据

*遵循在卡特彼勒工厂流程系统中建立的文件化的流程要求

*遵循已建立的并文件化的ISO质量体系的规定例如ISO9001等

*积极参与和配合工厂的持续改进工作

Job Expectations Skills and Knowledge:

*具备扭矩应用的知识和基础

*分析产品确定装配和拆解所需要了解的方法及顺序

*分析图纸及工程信息确定产品的尺寸及公差

*分析图纸确定应用于装配和拆解流程的质量规范

*理解并使用控制图确保可获得所需的质量监测数据

*需具备对于口头指导和书面工作指导的理解能力以理解所分配的工作材料及设备的需求

*需具备基本的计算机操作知识能够使用Windows操作系统熟练运用Office软件如WordExcel等会使用公司的网站以及标准的Lotus Notes邮箱

*需具备基本的数学知识用于计算

*成功地完成CPS绿带的培训需精通以下的CPS技能

*应用标准化工作程序-员工质量速度成本PQVC

*理解并使用CI卡用于持续改进CI

*使用5S工具对岗位进行管理

*根据需要必要时应用全面生产维护

*参与日常流程改进的对话
