We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing processes systems and data management. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency improving campaign performance and ensuring that our marketing team operates smoothly and effectively to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and manage marketing operations processes workflows and best practices.

Oversee the marketing technology stack (CRM automation platforms analytics tools) and ensure proper integration and usage.

Manage and maintain the marketing database ensuring data accuracy segmentation and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Collaborate with marketing sales and other departments to align operational strategies and optimize lead management processes.

Monitor analyze and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI to support decision-making.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve campaign execution and enhance team productivity.

Support budget planning tracking and reporting for marketing initiatives.

Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns through operational excellence and process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
