Required Skills : Top Requirements (Must haves)2 years of experience in e-commerce analytics with a proven track record of driving site optimization and performance analysis. Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of e-commerce dynamics user behavior and conversion optimization strategies. Experience with Adobe Analytics as their primary web analytics tool. Able to articulate how did they use Adobe Analytics for their current web analytics function Proficiency in web analytics tools and domain-specific software to extract interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions. Advanced Excel skills including complex data manipulation pivot tables and charting for reporting and analysis. AdditionalProven ability to present analytics data clearly and effectively to business leaders at the Manager/Director level translating technical data into actionable business insights. Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A curious mindset with a problem-solving approach using data to identify opportunities for continuous site and conversion optimization. A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of effectively communicating complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations that impact the customer experience and conversion rates. Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
