Job Summary

Job Title: Bridge Inspection Engineer

Location: Indianapolis IN

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Bridge Inspection Engineer:

#1. Bridge inspection experience (3 years)

#2. Qualified Team Leader certification (FHWA NHI 12-049)

#3. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification

#4. Strong technical writing and communication skills

#5. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and meet clients

Requirements of the Bridge Inspection Engineer:

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
Engineer-In-Training (EIT)
Capable of meeting with clients in person
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong time management skills
A valid driver s license is required
3 or more years of experience in bridge inspection
Qualified Team Leader Bridge Inspector s Reference Manual (FHWA NHI 12-049) Section 1.2.3

Additional Preferred Skills and Experience

Civil Professional Engineer (PE) license in any state
Bridge Inspection Team Leader Certification in any state Indiana preferred.

Other Key Requirements:

100% onsite in-office work
