This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room (ER) setting responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients. The RN will manage patient care administer medications and collaborate with the healthcare team. The position requires availability to work weekends and float between units as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Float to Telemetry and ICU hold units as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently using Meditech charting system.
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in ER specialty (2 years preferred).
- ACLS BCLS NIHSS and PALS certifications.
- Active Registered Nurse license.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- TNCC and CEN or CPN certifications.
- TNCC and CEN or CPN certifications.
Special Considerations:
- Must be available to work weekends potentially exceeding every other weekend.
- Holiday RTO cannot be guaranteed and must be signed pending AO.
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period.
- Must be available to work at least 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule cycle which may include a shift every weekend.
