Job Summary:
As a Backend Developer Intern you will be involved in designing developing testing and deploying APIs and services that power our core platforms. Youll work with a modern technology stack and gain hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure database systems and production-grade backend development.
What You Will Do:
Develop RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask)
Integrate and manage data with SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Write clean maintainable and testable code
Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration
Deploy services using CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on GCP
Work with GCP tools such as BigQuery Cloud Run VPC VM Instances and Kubernetes
Collaborate with frontend and product teams to build robust scalable systems
Troubleshoot and debug backend services in various environments
- Integrate and leverage AI/ML tools and LLM APIs (e.g. Vertex AI OpenAI or similar) to enhance backend capabilities
What Were Looking For:
Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask)
Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GCP services
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
Ability to write clean maintainable and testable code
