This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations personal growth and supporting others. Youll receive full training mentoring and access to proven systems no formal coaching background required.
What Youll Do:
- Share award-winning Personal Development programs through online channels
- Engage in values-based conversations with individuals seeking change
- Use simple digital tools and social media to reach aligned audiences
- Follow up with leads offer guidance and facilitate onboarding
- Join weekly Zoom-based mentoring and training sessions
Youre a Great Fit If You:
- Are self-directed growth-minded and motivated by purpose
- Have experience in leadership business education wellness or coaching
- Communicate clearly and enjoy empowering others
- Are based in Switzerland and able to work as a contractor
- Are fluent in English (our training and programs are delivered in English)
