At Plannatech we are looking for a Helpdesk you should be patient task managers who know how to find or create solutions to unexpected problems. You will be responsible for give support and be the first point of contact when a user is facing hardware software or system issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to any system issues.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system.
- General awareness of computer systems PC repair and network management including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Keep inventory of all equipment software and license users.
- Install configure and upgrade PC software
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
- Ability deploys configure and support operating systems on desktop and mobile.
- Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with an awareness of prioritization of tasks stakeholders budget and time.
Qualifications
- Current student or graduated of Computer Engineering or related career.
- Prior information technology or systems administration experience required.
- Familiarity with telephone office point-of-sale software a plus
- English proficiency B2 and above.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Have a tolerant and patient disposition with strong communication skills to put frustrated users at ease.
- Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with an awareness of prioritization of tasks stakeholders budget and time.
