Job Summary
In every digital product theres a war being waged. On one side:dark patterns confusing flows and frustrating experiencesthat trap users. On the other:clarity intuition and delightthat create loyal advocates. The battlefield is the user interface and the weapon is design.
Im assembling my league of extraordinary designers. This isnt about a single roleits aboutbuilding my alliance of UX/UI Heroeswho fight for the user. When a client needs a champion to defeat evil design and restore peace to the kingdom I need to know the mightiest designers to call.
If youre the designer who wields empathy as your sword and data as your shield I want you in my guild.

Skills & Experience:
Empathy as Your Superpower: Conducting user research and testing to truly understand the people youre sworn to protect
The Sword of Simplicity: Cutting through complexity to create clean intuitive interfaces that guide users to victory
The Shield of Accessibility: Defending every users right to access building experiences that include everyone in the journey
Dark Pattern Banishment: Identifying and eliminating deceptive UX that tricks users replacing it with transparent honest design
Prototype of Truth: Creating interactive prototypes that reveal the one true path to user satisfaction and business value
Qualification:
Tertiary is preferred
