Job Summary

A homecare clinic is seeking an experienced Call Center Director to lead its high-volume call center operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a large team optimize communication workflows and ensure exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing and managing day-to-day call center operations

  • Leading training and motivating a large call center team

  • Ensuring high standards of patient communication and service

  • Implementing workflows procedures and performance metrics

  • Streamlining processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

  • Collaborating with leadership to align service goals

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience in call center leadership preferably in healthcare or homecare

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

  • Highly organized process-driven and proactive

Salary: $75k - $100k/Year
