Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Paradigm is currently looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to work for our client in the Legal Services industry. This position supports the Project Manager (PM) in project execution in the Client Services department. The Senior Project Coordinator will often lead mentor or help support training for other addition the Senior Project Coordinator will partner with several internal key departments ensuring a consistent superior client experience.

Type: 1 Year Contract
Location: Remote PST USA

Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
    Act as back-up to Project Manager to meet project requirements to deliver all project deliverables on time within budget and at the highest quality standards
    Respond to client communications timely and accurately
    Provide project analysis and reporting to ensure quality results for client
    Assist in development of business processes and procedures
    Collaborate with internal departments throughout the projects life cycles and coordinate deliverables to meet project objectives
    Assist with accurate forecasting of planned revenue based on anticipated stages of work
    Provide training and mentorship to other team members within Client Services
    Help support internal strategic initiatives and projects by acting as a Subject Matter Expert on behalf of Client Services


Requirements

Our experience skills and wish-list include:
  • 1 year experience as a Project Coordinator with direct client/customer contact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional calm demeanor
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to gather efficiently and process information in a fast-paced environment are required
  • Bachelors Degree OR other relevant industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite specifically Word Excel Access and Outlook
  • Experience working on bank and accounting reconciliations including putting together detailed reporting of same
  • Experience working with and proficiency manipulating big data allowing internal teams to make decisions based on data driven outcomes
  • Experience creating timely and highly accurate reporting demonstrating attention to detail
  • Experience draft requirements documents training materials and content management documents especially for websites and call center FAQs; Design experience a plus
  • Admin Paralegal and Project Coordinator experience is a plus
