Our team supports the federal government leveraging the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract vehicle providing multiple and diverse solutions to streamline simplify reuse rebuild modernized or enhance the governments network. This includes professional services design engineering system architecture installation monitoring solutioning etc. Our customers are widespread agencies in the public sector and intelligence communities.

AT&T has an opening for an Executive Coordinator to support a federal agency on a 10-year contract supporting the business unit in areas such as professional services operations & logistics and management of daily requirements as determined by a senior level government manager.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • AT&T primary point of contact for AT&Ts government customer.
  • Responsible for daily management of schedules calendars taskers etc. for government lead.
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner exercising judgment and in keeping with contractual requirements AT&T policy government rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate Update and Delivery of weekly monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Oversees contract administrative activities and ensures compliance with contract public law regulations Executive Orders agency policies etc. as it applies.
  • Anticipate and prepares materials needed by government lead/supervisor
  • Coordinates assists and manage conferences appointments meetings telephone/teams calls
  • Manages appropriate correspondence on behalf of government lead/supervisor
  • Read edit summarize and/or make recommendations for publications regulations or directives as applicable
  • Summarizes meeting notes and/or attends meetings on behalf of government lead/supervisor
  • Prepare ad-hock one-time reports summaries cables emails correspondence as applicable
  • Research processes procedures documents historical information selecting relevant information for the audience or government lead.
  • Prepare meetings meeting notes etc. for other offices attaches liaisons or executive level areas either on behalf of your lead or for your lead visiting other areas.
  • Advise members of subordinate offices of policy changes meeting changes expectations etc. and request needed information prior to a meeting or conference from subordinate offices
  • Provide executive level support for visiting teams management leaders etc. of the government organization.
  • Plan book and coordinate travel on behalf of government lead using standard government Joint Travel Regulations as well as use of government travel systems.
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate security clearances
  • Willing to occasionally work off hours to support special projects for OCONUS offices/hours
  • Cross-coordinate multi-agency leadership meetings or conferences
  • Strong and positive communicator
  • Ambassador of the AT&T team the agency team contract and government senior level managements mission

Additional Clearance Requirements:

EIS Public Trust (can be performed once on board if not already complete)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant / applicable experience.
  • Use of Sharepoint
  • Calendar (OUTLOOK) management
  • Proficiency in MS Teams/Suite (Word Excel Powerpoint)
  • Ability to take detailed notes
  • Use of audio/video equipment in conference rooms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to be discrete with their senior level manager personal information agency wide sensitivity etc.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Telecommunications experience
  • Knowledge of DOS Consular Affairs or other government agencies
  • Microsoft Suite inclusive of MS Project use/knowledge
  • Knowledge of or use of Visio
  • Familiarity of FAR clauses government contract assignments in the federal market
  • Knowledge of E2 Travel System
  • Knowledge and use of ServiceNow System

Our Executive Coordinators earn between $89200 - $110000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
