Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Audit professionals for positions ranging from Assistant Manager Manager to Senior Manager to take on key leadership roles within the Audit & Assurance division. You will be instrumental in managing planning and executing audit engagements ensuring compliance quality control and the professional development of audit teams.


Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage audit engagements end-to-end according to approved audit plans scope and deadlines.

  • Oversee the entire audit process including risk assessment fieldwork completion and reporting.

  • Lead manage coach and mentor audit teams ensuring work is performed to high-quality standards and professional ethics.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships and addressing complex audit and accounting issues.

  • Review and finalize audit documentation ensuring conclusions are well-supported and comply with relevant accounting standards.

  • Identify opportunities to provide value-added services to clients and contribute to firm-wide continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Recognized university degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Accounting Finance or an equivalent discipline.

  • Preferably a member of a professional accountancy body (e.g. CPA ACCA ICAEW etc.).

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit/assurance (commensurate with the position applied for).

  • Strong technical ability in IFRS/relevant GAAPs and robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrable leadership qualities with a strong drive to excel professionally and the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and professional report-writing skills.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
