Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Audit professionals for positions ranging from Assistant Manager Manager to Senior Manager to take on key leadership roles within the Audit & Assurance division. You will be instrumental in managing planning and executing audit engagements ensuring compliance quality control and the professional development of audit teams.

Job Responsibilities

Organize and manage audit engagements end-to-end according to approved audit plans scope and deadlines.
Oversee the entire audit process including risk assessment fieldwork completion and reporting.
Lead manage coach and mentor audit teams ensuring work is performed to high-quality standards and professional ethics.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships and addressing complex audit and accounting issues.
Review and finalize audit documentation ensuring conclusions are well-supported and comply with relevant accounting standards.
Identify opportunities to provide value-added services to clients and contribute to firm-wide continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Recognized university degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Accounting Finance or an equivalent discipline.
Preferably a member of a professional accountancy body (e.g. CPA ACCA ICAEW etc.).
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit/assurance (commensurate with the position applied for).
Strong technical ability in IFRS/relevant GAAPs and robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrable leadership qualities with a strong drive to excel professionally and the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively.
Excellent communication interpersonal and professional report-writing skills.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
