Job Description
This role is offered on a part-time basis at 26.5 hours per week. This role will be based at our Milton Keynes site with travel to our Bedford site.
An exciting new vacancy has arisen for an Product Developer Reporting into the NPD Manager you will manage the progression of customer and strategic concepts through the NPD process in order to launch high quality best in class innovative products for LUUK and our customers and in turn facilitate both sales and bottom-line profit growth. You will be accountable for the management of key customer accounts from an NPD perspective.
You will be great at:
- Managing multiple development projects at any one time
- Programme management with the ability to prioritise and balance workload
- Ensuring that all new products are developed in line with LUUK strategy and commercial technical and operational parameters
- Good presentational and selling skills to be able to effectively influence both internally and with customers alike
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Identification and communication of the new product and process innovations competitor launches and key food trends
- Sound commercial awareness
