Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a skilled and motivatedPython Developer with DevOps SRE(Site Reliability Engineer)automationandmigration experience. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability performance and reliability across our infrastructure while driving automation initiatives and migrating ourobservability stack. This role requires expertise inKubernetesPython and observability platforms such asGrafanaandPrometheus. You will collaborate with development operations and platform teams to build resilient systems automate repetitive tasks and improve observability and incident response.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Experience in Python andDevOps / SRE roles with migration responsibilities
Location for this position is Austin TX. This position requires travel and/or relocation to project/client location.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Python andDevOps / SRE roles with migration responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience withKubernetes(deployment configuration troubleshooting).
Experience developing and maintainingPython scripts/tools for automation monitoring and support.
Provide operational support fortelemetry and observability stacksin a Kubernetes environment.
Configure monitor and troubleshootobservability platforms(Grafana Prometheus Loki etc.).
Familiarity withlogging and tracing systems(e.g. Loki Tempo).
Experience withcontainerization tools(Docker) andCI/CD pipelines.
Comfortable working in aLinux-based environmentand withGit-based workflows.
Collaborate with DevOps SRE and development teams to ensuresystem observability and performance.
Experience withservice meshes(e.g. Cilium).
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Pulumi Terraform Helm) and deployment automation platforms (e.g. Spinnaker)
Familiarity withcloud providers(AWS GCP).
Strong troubleshooting andperformance tuning skills.
Exposure tomachine learning-based anomaly detectionfor reliability (optional future-focused skill).

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
