Requirements:

Job Duties:
Assists the Site operation Manager in overseeing a team executing a high level of customer care for a significant account within the assigned regions and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Shift Supervisor oversees all daily operations with the management staff in direct responsibility for operations quality safety and accounts management and will assist in managing and developing the team.
- Build a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the job site
- Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards
- Ordering Supplies
- Conducting new hires trainings
