Business Systems Analyst Martech

As a Business Systems Analyst - MarTechyou will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support Vanguards strategic objectives. Youll work closely with stakeholders engineers and product teams to lead discovery processes gather and document requirements and support the design and implementation of scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and user needs to define system scope and objectives.

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with software engineers and participate in technical design and test planning.

• Drive business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational outcomes.

• Lead the implementation of new systems and software identifying constraints and recommending solutions.

• Support users during application rollouts and enhancements.

• Guide and mentor less experienced team members.

• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a technical analyst role.

• Experience within the MarTech space and an appreciation of marketing principles.

• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.

• Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
