Cashier / Service BDC Representative $16$18/hr Weekly Commission (Based on Experience)
Location: 1025 Main St Holyoke MA 01040
Schedule: MondayFriday No weekends or nights

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly organized and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide excellent in-person and phone support
Process customer payments accurately (cash credit warranty etc.)
Schedule service appointments and complete follow-up calls
Make outgoing calls regarding appointments service reminders and updates
Assist with closing repair orders and maintaining accurate documentation
Keep the cashier and reception area clean organized and welcoming
Support service advisors and management with administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned
What Were Looking For
Customer service experience required (automotive is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a positive professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
High accuracy and attention to detail especially when handling money
Comfortable with computers and dealership software (training provided)
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Valid drivers license required
