Job Summary
In this role the Receptionist will work closely with customers across several communication channels including phone e-mail and in addition to these responsibilities the Receptionist will provide support for multiple departments coordinating business meetings greeting visitors and taking care of other auxiliary needs. These tasks require strong written and verbal communication skills prior customer-facing experience along with basic understanding of Excel and other Microsoft programs.

- Maintain a professional environment in our lobby during working hours. (Lobby hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.)
- Work with customers across multiple communication channels.
- Facilitate business needs as required.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft programs especially Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and task oriented.
