Job Summary
Fabric Surveyor (Facilities Management) - Fixed term until 30/9/2026
Waverley Court
Salary: 46023 - 54476
Hours: 36 per week
We have an exciting opportunity to join our facilities management team as a Fabric Surveyor within our Hard Facilities Management team across the Councils operational (non-housing) estate of circa 650 buildings.
We are looking for people who have a passion for operational excellence and compliance within a busy technical services environment and want to be part of an essential council service driving transformation and best value in the public sector across our Capital City.
An experienced engineer working in our Farbic Surveyor and ensuring delivering of the required statutory preventative corrective and reactive maintenance requirements.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
