The Office Assistant provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the schools daily this role you will deliver high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to staff students and families managing enquiries correspondence records and office systems with accuracy and professionalism. You will help coordinate events appointments and resources supporting both educational and operational priorities. As a key member of the administration team youll contribute to a welcoming organised and service-focused environment that reflects the values and culture of the school.
