Engineer II, Python Quick Commerce

We are on the lookout  for a Engineer II - Python to join our Quick Commerce vertical to contribute to the creation/improvement of our next-generation services which works on expanding our amazing delivery processes on both dark stores and local shops partners around the globe with products such as groceries pharmaceuticals flowers and more. • Contribute to the creation of our next-generation platform.

• You will define/implement software architecture communicating effectively with engineers product managers partners leaders and a broad set of stakeholders.

• You dont shy away from building reliable scalable systems with high concurrency.

• Eventually you are not afraid to build global systems that are used by thousands of people and constantly drive for excellence.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Python.

• Proven experience with container orchestration utilizing Kubernetes.

• Solid understanding of relational databases.

• Familiar with common CI/CD tools like Drone ArgoCD Github.

• Fluent English communication skill.

• A rock-solid foundation in computer science (data structures algorithms software design).

• Rigor in high code quality automated testing and other engineering best practices.

• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership for them beyond deployment.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with gRPC.

• Professional experience with cloud platform hosting (e.g. AWS / GCP) including proficiency with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform Helm etc.

• Knowledge of event-based architecture/systems (e.g. Kafka).
