Identify staffing needs for the fulfilment centre (pickers packers warehouse assistants etc) in coordination with the Operations Manager and HR.
Source and screen candidates (via job-boards referrals campus or walk-ins) for warehouse/fulfilment roles.
Conduct initial interviews coordinate with hiring manager for selections arrange offers and onboarding.
Maintain a talent pipeline for quick commerce fulfilment operations (especially for high-volume/pick peaks).
Track recruitment KPIs: time-to-hire fill-rate attrition of warehouse staff etc.
Support induction and basic training for new warehouse staff (on-boarding job expectation safety & SOPs).
