We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic oversight and leadership on our luxury residential and commercial construction projects. This role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle from initial planning through to completion while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of luxury residential and commercial construction projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients architects subcontractors and internal teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal safety and quality regulations throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality and resolve any issues.
- Oversee and mentor project team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage and resolve complex project issues comfortably and confidently.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements - Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential and/or commercial construction.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously with values ranging from $1M to $10M.
- Strong understanding of construction processes project management principles and industry regulations.
- Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore Microsoft Project).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
