In order to support definition implementation and optimization of innovative processes and capabilities in the area of  Source-to-Pay covering the external procurement of raw materials and finished products (trading goods) for Power Tools in Asia-Pacific we are looking for a Regional Process Expert.

Tasks:

• Support definition implementation and optimization of innovative processes and capabilities in the area of Source-to-Pay covering the external procurement of raw materials and finished products (trading goods) for Power Tools 
• Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards 
• Drive digitalization and automation in the Source-to-Pay process chain 
• Monitor relevant key performance indicators initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities 
• Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes  
• Intensive communication collaboration and change management in an international environment 
• Represent PT requirements on RB level 

Qualifications :

• Relevant university degree (Business Administration Business Informatics Industrial Engineering) with focus on Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting or industry
• Extensive experience in procurement logistics and/or purchasing 
• Advanced knowledge in SAP ERP MM and experience in SAP implementation projects (e.g. as sub-project leader key user or consultant)
• Self-Initiative
• Persuasive Power Proactiveness & Assertiveness
• Analytical
• Willing to lead/participate in international projects
• Strong and distinctive communication-skills (verbal&written)
• Intercultural Experience and open mindset
• Team-Player Able to build/form networks with relevant partners
• English (Business-fluent) Asian-languages of advantage
