Front of House Staff Part-time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Front of House staff  to join our Food and Beverage team at Pastore Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallerys signature modern Italian restaurant. If you enjoy engaging with guests working in a fast paced environment and being part of a friendly and supportive team this role is for you.

What you will be doing

• Provide warm attentive and professional service that reflects our five star standard
• Greet and seat guests take orders and serve food and beverages with care and efficiency
• Support the bar and kitchen teams at Pastore to ensure smooth and seamless service throughout the day
• Engage with guests in meaningful ways remembering names preferences and special requests
• Work as part of a dynamic team of Waitstaff to create memorable dining experiences
• Assist with setup and pack down of dining areas ensuring excellent presentation and hygiene standards
• Share your knowledge of Pastores modern Italian menu wine pairings and daily specials with confidence and enthusiasm
• Make thoughtful suggestions and upsell items that enhance the guests meal and overall experience
• Be empowered to go above and beyond surprising and delighting guests with genuine gestures and personalised service

Hourly Pay rates:

• Mon to Fri: $25.85 ( $2.81 evening loading after 7pm)
• Saturday: $32.31
• Sunday: $38.78
• Public Holidays: $58.16

Qualifications :

What we are looking for

• A current RSA Certificate
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Experience as a Waiter Waitress or in general Waitstaff roles preferred
• Availability to work across a 7 day roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
• A team player who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment
• Great attention to detail and pride in high standards of presentation and service
• Reliability and consistency so that guests enjoy the same high quality experience every time
