Job Summary
Moose Lake Village a Cassia community is hiring aBus Driverto join our team inMoose Lake MN!!Whether you are beginning your healthcare journey or bringing valuable experience at Moose Lake Villageyou will feel appreciated supported and empowered to grow. This is a great way to gain experience working within a healthcare setting!
As aBus Driver you will drive a bus to help with access for our residents by bringing them to scheduled events. The ideal candidate is a safe with a positive attitude and experience supporting seniors ready to manage scheduled trips and maintain the bus to standards.
Position Type:On-Call
Wage Range:$15 - $16.50 /hour depending on experience

Bus Driver Responsibilities:
- Drive the bus for scheduled resident and employee outings.
- Complete proper documentation for MnDOT including daily logs and quarterly reports.
- Track and schedule maintenance for the bus.
- Complete daily upkeep for the bus including filling up gas washer fluid cleaning the bus etc.
- Complete additional tasks as requested.
- Good driving record: no moving violations for the last two years.
- Must pass the MnDOTphysical examination and a criminal background check.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired.
- Friendly outgoing and positive personality.
