Job Summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a System Administrator (SA) to join our intel team. The SA provides support for implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The SA manages IT systems including day-to-day operations monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices mobile devices etc. The SA provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems. The SA provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. The SA provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. The SA configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software troubleshoots maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
- Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline from an accreditedcollege or university is required.
- Five (5) years of additional systemadministration experience may be substituted for a BachelorsDegree.
- Mid. Level:Ten (10) years of experience in programs and contracts of similarscope type and complexity within the federal Government is required.
- Senior Level: Fifteen (15) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
- Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines
- VCenter/VMWare
- AWS Experience
- VPC EC2 S3
- Linux and Windows operating systems
- CentOS RedHat Windows 10 Window Server
- DNS Experience
- Scripting languages (e.g. Perl bash etc.)
- Ansible Playbooks
- Jenkins Continuous Integration /Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- OS and Software application patching (e.g. IAVA Version updates)
- Excellent communications skills
- Working with the ISSE and the accreditation of the system handling Service desk tickets and heading up the Global searches system.

- Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning

Mid Salary Range: $114000 to $164000
Senior Salary Range: $164000 to $200000
