We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with a high-end mindset a passion for beauty and wellness and ideally a strong client following and/or social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury med spa environment values client relationships and is motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

Duties:

Perform facials advanced skin care and aesthetic treatments tailored to each guests goals.

Educate clients on treatment options home care and spa promotions to enhance results and loyalty.

Build and retain a loyal clientele by delivering a five-star guest experience.

Leverage your social media presence to highlight before-and-after transformations educate followers and showcase your artistry while amplifying the XWELL brand.

Collaborate with management and team members to drive service excellence and achieve spa performance goals.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene sanitation and professional ethics.

Qualifications:

Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Florida.

Experience in med spa or luxury spa environments preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional presence.

Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to grow your book of business.

Active social media presence or interest in building one to engage clients and attract new followers.

Passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.
