Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in nursing or another nursing degree with acceptance or current enrollment in a BSN program and a signed agreement
Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact and BLS certification
Minimum of 9 months of professional nursing experience
Ability to demonstrate positive and appropriate interpersonal skills strong time and resource management skills flexibility and strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of unit-specific equipment the nursing process critical thinking skills PALS and effective interdisciplinary collaboration
All successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards

Our Pediatric Flex Team provides critical staffing support across a wide variety of pediatric care areas and offers a dynamic fast-paced environment for nurses who thrive in diverse clinical settings.
Flex Coverage Areas:
You will float to all ICU Acute Care and EC units including:
Acute Care:
General Med/Surg Transplant
Surgical/Ortho
Rehab
Neuro
Pulmonary/Endocrine/Adolescents
PHMU
CPCU
Cancer Center
Critical Care:
CICU (3 floors)
PICU (4 floors)
Bone Marrow Transplant
NICU (3 levels)
EC
Adult Congenital Heart Disease
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 2 years EC and/or ICU RN experience
Pediatric experience preferred
OB Flex Team Registered Nurse Opportunities
The OB Flex Team provides support across various obstetric and womens services offering a unique opportunity to care for patients throughout the perinatal continuum. Nurses in this team play a vital role in delivering safe compassionate and family-centered care.
Preferred Experience:
4 years of total nursing experience
At least 2 of those years must include experience in one or more of the following:
oOB Triage
oLabor & Delivery
oPostpartum
oAntepartum
oHigh-Risk Womens Services including GYN and antepartum OB patients
oMother-Baby Unit (couplet care)
oNewborn Transition Nurse caring for the newly delivered newborn
